Photograph the chicken where it stands and tell the Bureau where you found it. Your report is the chicken’s only witness.

Await the Bureau’s determination

Each report is reviewed before it enters the record. The Bureau is thorough. The Bureau is not quick.

Pass it on

The chicken is not yours to keep. Hide it where someone you trust will find it, and its journey continues. Never leave it to strangers.
